St. Louis Amateur Boxing is a not for profit corporation in the state of missouri established many years ago to promote the St. Louis Golden Gloves and Amateur Boxing in the St. Louis Bi-State area.

The board of directors made up of 9 members that have to qualify by having been a former boxer, coach or promoter.

St. Louis Amateur boxing has no direct affiliation to any other boxing organizations in the St. Louis Area and operates as a fully independent corporation.
